At MyBestBudVet, we are committed to providing compassionate, respectful, and high-quality veterinary care in our clients’ homes. To maintain a safe and professional environment for our team and our clients, the following policies apply:
Respectful Conduct Policy
We treat every client and patient with kindness and professionalism and expect the same in return.
- Rude, aggressive, abusive, or unprofessional behavior toward our veterinarian or staff will not be tolerated.
- MyBestBudVet reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at any time if such behavior occurs, with no obligation to continue care.
Deposit Requirement
- A deposit is required to secure all appointments for new clients.
- A deposit is also required for all euthanasia appointments, regardless of client status.
- Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- No refunds are issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
