Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service.
Cash and Venmo are the preferred payment methods and qualify for a cash discount. Credit card payments are also accepted; however, the cash discount does not apply to credit card transactions.
To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, a deposit is required for all new clients before an appointment can be scheduled. This deposit will be applied toward the final invoice and helps reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
Thank you for understanding that this deposit policy is necessary, as short-notice cancellations and schedule changes can significantly impact my ability to care for other pets and families in need.
