Payment is expected at the time of service.
I accept cash, or Venmo preferred.
Credit cards have an additional 4% processing fee.
To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, I kindly request a deposit from all new clients before the appointment is scheduled . The deposit is applied to the final bill and is intended to reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations.
Please understand that this fee system is necessary as short notice changes and cancellations seriously impact my ability to help other families and pets in need.
